Actually the room was perfectly clean and updated with big windows and a balcony, for example. The location was marvellous and brilliant close to everything. Besides, we were close to centre of Granada, the Melia Granada for a couple of nights on a sightseeing trip, and interesting neighbourhoods.

Totally recommend for a brief stop-in
Comfortable room, friendly staff, with a superb breakfast spread that included diverse choices and was a fantastic way to start the day, located near key attractions for easy exploration and 24-hour reception for convenience.
Completely flawless.

The location of the hotel is undoubtedly excellent and makes the visit to Granada more comfortable as several places of interest and shopping are only 10 minutes maximum walk and no need to take the car or taxi to move in the center. The Alahambra is only 10 minutes away by taxi. The room is small but comfortable and functional for a short stay. The bed and pillows (important) are very good and allow a good rest.
Mr. Francisco's attitude at the reception is the worst. He is badly faced, negative and even though he seems to know his job, he does it with little taste and this is transmitted immediately because he can't do anything about it. He is badly dressed , he wears his uniform with little cleanliness . The others are very nice and helpful . The service at breakfast is not very efficient . Apparently he has forgotten the habit of serving the customer , they are like automats .

Hotel chain, excellent location in the center of Granada and near the beauties of this fantastic city. With its own rhythm it seems to be apart from the nervousness of Madrid or the Cosmopolitan of Barcelona. With an identity that deserves respect. It is clear that the Moors saw this place as the perfect place to raise this architectural wonder. The building is very much in the Melia style. With a lot of passenger (especially oriental). Very comfortable rooms. Good breakfast service. And good personal attention. Not outstanding. The disadvantage in this city if one arrives by land (as in our case) must take a taxi to this area. To fly later to Barcelona, the bus service to the airport is almost at the door of El Corte Ingles, two blocks away. I would come back.
I couldn't say I didn't like anything.

Perfect central getaway with amazing breakfast!
Especially during breakfast where I enjoyed a hearty selection every morning. The spacious Premium Room allowed for relaxation after a day out exploring the nearby sights. For future guests, don't miss the pastries at breakfast!

Excellent location for a city break, comfortable and easy to get to. Reception staff very friendly.
Reception check out was surly and preoccupied. No opening windows in the top end room so it was musty.

Great location, very good service, overall very good value for money.
Breakfast could be better. More fresh fruits, whole grain bread, ... THe service at breakfast is very nice though.

great stay with room for improvement
The room offered a fantastic view of the mountains. The staff was attentive and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. Breakfast included a wide variety, catering to different tastes, made each morning enjoyable. Our family appreciated the super clean environment throughout the hotel.
The parking situation was somewhat inconvenient and could be improved.

missingWrote a review on 22 Junfantastic locationgreat concierge service
During our stay, the location was fantastic. The room was new and beautifully designed, providing a great blend of comfort and modern aesthetics. The concierge service was really good, with staff going out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant experience. The room was a bit smaller than expected, which was a bit disappointing, especially the cramped bathroom. It was a lovely stay despite some minor drawbacks.

It was a very central location and ideal for window shopping and for local restaurants and Tapas Bars.
Room was quite basic. The staff on arrival were not as good as the younger ones who were working on reception during day time.
